The problem
The goals

The solution
The first obstacle and one of the most important was to identify the users of the platform. Identify the problems, pains, desires, demographic characteristics, digital experience, etc. At the same time, understanding the brand and how the digital product aligns with the mission and goals. This helped to understand and choose the right direction.
Later, UX research methods were conducted to eliminate assumptions about what our user really desires or not. Small interviews among key people helped clarify many confusions in the process. After the interview analysis, the user’s journey was made, where pains and desires of the users were identified. Then, a paper wireframe was built where the product was appreciated in low fidelity and therefore easily editable.
Finally, the product was launched and tested by several users to validate its functionalities, and an iterative usability analysis was made to distribute components and elements. Thus improving the user experience.
